After many years working in tier-one management and technology consulting firms (Accenture, Microsoft, Avanade) and implementing numerous projects, we were left wanting a better way to help our clients achieve higher profitability and delight their customers. This is where Sabet Consulting begins.

We discovered the gap between business strategy and IT implementation, as CRM projects are not IT or software implementation projects.

We developed a smarter methodology to fill that gap between business and CRM implementation by focusing on CRM business capabilities that are important for business success and customer satisfaction.

His career spanned various industries ranging from government, higher education, banking and finance, sport, utilities, and oil and gas, to name a few.

He has consulting experience in the Middle East, Europe and Australia. Max is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS).

Sana helps growth-oriented organisations to achieve their vision and goals, and make their customers happy. He helps them to merge the gap between business needs and information technology implementation.

He has over twenty years of accounting, information systems and financial services experience, including various mergers and acquisitions.

He specialised in medical, higher education, banking and finance, and non-profit sectors.

Sana has coaching, development and implementation experience in the Middle East, Australia and the Pacific.

Sana is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

With a rich career spanning over twenty years, Archer has developed profound expertise in CRM system architecture, process automation, and technology integration, with a special focus on Power Platform's capabilities. His work has spanned diverse sectors such as government, education, finance, utilities, and energy.

His global consulting experience, which includes the Middle East and Australia, brings a comprehensive perspective to his roles. Known for crafting tailored CRM solutions, Archer's skills lie in aligning technology solutions with unique business needs, fostering growth and enhanced customer relationships.
